Located at the geographic centre of the lower mainland at the axis of what is commonly referred to as “Metrotown”, the Metrotower Office Complex features convenient accessibility from Downtown Vancouver and all surrounding communities.
Its main entry off of Central Boulevard is connected to many major thoroughfares including Willingdon, Kingsway, McKay, Nelson, Imperial and Patterson. The central location of the Towers also provides close proximity to Highway 1, Boundary Road and Marine Drive allowing easy access to the North Shore, Delta, Richmond and Surrey.
The Metrotower Office Complex has direct access to an on-site 24 hour bus loop and a walkway that links to the Metrotower SkyTrain Station.

The current monthly rates for Metrotowers I & II are the following:

  • Random 24/7 $147.84 + taxes = $192.49 (24% translink tax plus 5% GST)
  • Reserved 24/7 $197.12 + taxes = $256.65 (24% translink tax plus 5% GST)

  • Reserved Parking 24/7 is available on levels UP1 – UP3 of the office tower parkade

    The price is $197.12 not including taxes for a total of $256.65 per month with tax.

  • Reserved Parking 6:00 am to 6:00 pm is currently sold out on levels P1 and P2 underneath Metrotower II.

  • Random Parking is available on a first come first served basis of the office tower parkade on levels UP3 – UP5. The price is $147.84 plus taxes. Total $192.49 per month.

  • Carpool Parking is available in the office tower parkade on levels UP2 – UP3, the price is $100.00 not including taxes for a total of $127.05 per month with tax.. You are required to have two or more people driving in to work, in one car, every day, to be registered as a carpool.

  • Motorcycle Parking is available on level UP1 of the office tower parkade. The price is $ 70.00 not including taxes for a total of $88.93 per month with tax.

  • Daily Parking is available in the office tower parkade, on level P2 Metrotower II. The price is $14.00 per day.

As of October 1, 2017 the P2, Metrotower II visitor parking area will be relocated to the mall area on the P2 level (Near Sportchek).

This area will be a designated meter paid parking area from 6am – 6pm Monday to Friday.  Four hour parking will still be permitted in the mall area for free.

The rate structure will be: $2.00/hr; $15.00/day.

Payment can be made by cash, credit card and by Pay by Phone.

For tenants wanting to pay for visitors parking, you will be required to set up a Pay by Phone account.  There will no longer be any validation tickets available for your visiting customers.  Customers will need to provide you with their license plate number, you as the tenant will register the plate on Pay by Phone, and pay for the parking with your credit card.
